Welcome to the Town of Burgaw’s Website.  I hope that you will find the site useful as well as informative.  It is the goal of the Town staff to serve the citizenry by working cooperatively with the community to promote public health, safety, order, and prosperity.  It is our aim to provide the best quality of customer service possible.

The Town of Burgaw functions under the council-manager form of government   The Town Commission is composed of five Commissioners and a Mayor elected at large on a non-partisan basis.  The Commission adopts general policies and legislation which is implemented by the Town Manager to ensure effective and responsive municipal services.
